Meeting those needs requires various telecommunication and network solutions ranging from high volume/high security to low volume/low security alternatives. Multiple enterprise stakeholders/systems are affective such as Supply Chain Management ERP business processes requiring EDI, Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) information and Product Data Management (PDM) associated metadata.
The objectives of this working group are:
- Indentify existing/emerging telecommunication and network options associated performance related value propositions.
- Verify/summarize current OEM Supply Chain Management business processes EDI and CAD/CAE/CAM connectivity requirements/specifications, as by: Type, Volume, Security, Latency, and Global/Regional/Country specific boundaries.
