The report draws its user sample from two sources: an IT-executive user sample that uses workflow technologies and a worldwide vendor sample. The vendor sample is based on vendors who sell workflow technologies. A significant portion of these vendors are U.S.-based, but also include suppliers from Europe, Germany and Japan. The report is divided into three main sections: Workflow Technology Segment Trends; Workflow Market Trends; and Vendor Trends. Within the Workflow Technology Segment Trends section, the report looks at forecasts, trends and measurements for workflow.
