This Standard provides requirements for the design anduse of hoisting, rigging, and transporting equipment usedin the delivery of nuclear facility components to a nuclearfacility's point of receipt and the handling of such componentsuntil the start of the facility's operating phase,defined as the point of initial fuel load.
