The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) conducted this study to determine theindoor end uses of water in single-family residences and the water savings for each end useassociated with the installation of water conserving fixtures and appliances. This studyrepresents the second in a series of three end use studies. The first study, conducted by theSeattle Public Utilities, was completed in 2000. The third study in this series is nowunderway and being conducted by the Tampa Water Department. Includes tables, figures.
