SPRWSstaff presented several potential treatment options to the Board of Water Commissioners toinitiate discussion on the issue and to obtain direction from the Board. The Board directed staffto study the three most feasible treatment options and to conduct a customer survey to determine:SPRWS customers' level of concern regarding taste and odor; and, their willingness topay for additional treatment to solve the taste and odor problem.
