This powerpoint presentation begins by outlining the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requirements for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for providing affordable technologies for small systems to comply withnew rules for chronic contaminants, including small system variances and the affordability criterion used by the USEPA.
