The Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River Study (LOSL) and the InternationalUpper Great Lakes Study (IUGLS) came from a bi-national Great Lakes (GL) Water Quality Agreement with the study mandate of examining physical processesand possible ongoingchanges in the St. ClairRiver and their impacts onlevels of Lake Michigan-Huron and, if applicable,evaluate and recommendpotential remedial options.
