This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the Patoka LakeRegional Water and Sewer District, located in Dubois, Indiana. A seasonal taste & odor (T&O) issue is presented, along with an investigation of control strategies that included the adsorption technologies of powdered activated carbon (PAC) and granular activated carbon (GAC), and the advanced oxidation technologies of ozone and ozone/hydrogen peroxide and UV/hydrogen peroxide.
