This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP), regionalization in New Mexico, and regionalization options including collaboration, consolidation, and agreements. Four examples of regionalization are presented and include: El Valle Water Alliance; Sangre de Cristo Regional; Lower Rio Grande Public Works Authority; and, Agua Para Los Vecinos.
