This slide presentation discusses the Sub-Regional Operating Group (SROG), a coalition of member cities in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area that have joint liability ownership and operation of the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant. Operation and Maintenance costs are based on net flows and loadings from each member city, and strategically placed metering stations collect flow and loading data. Project benefits include: more effective and timely communication among SROG member cities; online, anytime access to flow data; reports and analyses; and, automates collection and analysis of data. An overview of the web site is given.
