This slide presentation outlines how an advanced geographic information system (GIS)/computerized maintenance managementsystem (CMMS) integration provides a utility with an effective mobile customer response management tool. The presentation outlines key capabilities of both the GIS and CMMS systems involved in the project, and addresses how to integrate the two systems to get the most out of them.
