The article discusses the five-course accreditation program that is run by the Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling contractors of California Education Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. To enhance the technical content of their training and accreditation modules, GreenPlumbers USA recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) to extract provisions contained within IAPMO's Uniform Codes. IAPMO and GreenPlumbers will alsopartner to develop additional programsand services that will advancethe sustainability goals of both organizations.
