It includes step-by-step guidance onthe preparation of TBL-reports including identification of potential environmental, social, and economic indicators. It also provides guidance on decision-making tools that can beused for sustainability assessment along with case studies of utilities that have undertakenTBL. Includes 6 references, figures.
