This paper presents the process utilized by the Minneapolis Water Works (MWW) that willultimately result in 160 million gallons per day (mgd) of membrane treatment capacity for theCity of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The MWW utilized a two-prong solution: a technical solution and apolitical solution.
