In this paper, two empirical models for bromate formation were compared to each other. The predictions from both models were close. The CT based ozone decay model developed herein has been coupled with bromate formation models. Simulations for bromate formation as a function of CT and log Cryptosporidium inactivation were performed. Bromate formation increased as the CT value is increased.
