This slide presentation outlines a Peer Review Process at the City of Olympia, Washington. The new Peer Review program is outlined and includes the following focus areas: Vision and Support; Organization;Asset Knowledge; Asset Planning;Asset Development; Operations and Maintenance;Condition Monitoring; Rehabilitation and Replacement;Finance/Financial Reporting; and, Information Systems. The three steps of the Peer Review process are outlined. Step 1, the Desk Top Audit, includes: strategy; assets; people; and, processes. Step 2, On-Site Visit/Interviews, includes: kick-off workshop; one-on-one meetings; and, end-of-week workshop. Step 3 involves Implementation of the Process.
