This presentation describes a new gas chromatrography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS) method developed using mixed-mode ion exchange/graphite carbon solid-phaseextraction for parent chloro-s-triazines and their primary metabolites includingDDA. The method provides high recoveries and parts-per-trillion detection limits for awide suite of chloro-s-triazines in natural waters.
