The Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) and the U.S. Environmental ProtectionAgency (USEPA) have been participating in a Cooperative Research and DevelopmentAgreement (CRADA) to design and implement a contamination warning system at theGreater Cincinnati Water Works. GCWW was selected as the pilot utility for the USEPA'sWater Security Initiative Project. The project is focused on the design, implementationand evaluation of a sustainable contamination warning system.
