In this work, pilot scale treatment of a natural organic matter (NOM) laden water has been comparedfor: MIEX + coagulation treatment; and, conventional coagulation alone.Laboratory diagnostic testing investigated the size, strength and settling rate of flocsformed from a range of different water types.
