This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the Water Security initiative (WSi) and Contamination Warning Systems (CWS). Consequence Management andRemediation and Recovery Actions are presented, along with the results from the Remediation andRecovery Workshop held March 17-18, 2009 with the following objectives: discuss the current R&R decision tree in the CMP guidance andrefine it if needed; and, outline how water utilities could expect to interact with local, stateand federal agencies and other response/support partners duringthe various remediation and recovery phases.
