This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of an AWWA initiated project to develop thebusiness case for theformation of WARNs (Water AgencyResponse Networks). The benefits of WARNs were starting to bedemonstrated and theeconomic benefits needed to be formally addressed and quantified. Key project steps are presented and included a survey of utilities' awareness andinvolvement in WARN, and elements are provided of the business caseidentified in the literature review.
