This standard applies to a flexible, enclosed lens type of retroreflective marking material which can be attached to safety clothing, life-saving jackets or related equipment, to provide them with a high degree of reflectivity, to heighten their night-time visibility, when viewed at a wide range of entrance angles and when the surface of the marking material is dry or completely wet.
