This Global System for Mobile communications Technical Specification ( GTS) describes the procedures in the network related to location regis tration. They include: - location updating; - location cancellation; - periodic location updating; - IMSI attach/detach. The procedures in the Mobile Station (MS) are described in GSM 03.22.
