The Global Aviation Safety Plan (GASP) is a high-level policy, planning and implementation document guiding complementary and sector-wide air transport progress in conjunction with the ICAO Global Air Navigation Plan (GANP). The global Plans define the means and targets by which ICAO, States and aviation stakeholders can anticipate and efficiently manage air traffic growth while proactively maintaining or increasing safety.
