THIS PAPER PRIMARILY DEALS WITH TOOLING FOR ENGINE NACELLE BOND COMPONENTS CONSISTING OF FAN COWL DOORS, INLET INNER AND OUTER BARRELS AND THRUST REVERSERS. THIS REPORT IS A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE ATTRIBUTES OF GRAPHITE/EPOXY PREPREG TOOLING VERSUS NC MACHINED STEEL TOOLS.
