THIS PAPER DESCRIBES A SYSTEM FOR SENSOR BASED PLANNING AND CONTROL IN ROUGH TURNING. THE PROPOSED SYSTEM IS PRESENTED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF AN OPEN ARCHITECTURE CONTROLLER.
